The GULL program was created to transform the lives of people without access to traditional, formal education. Over the past 20 years, GULL has impacted the lives of thousands of people throughout the world. GULL Impact is working to expand GULL's reach and sustainability into the future.

Our initiatives are building the foundation and infrastructure of personal viability in a community to tackle the challenges of poverty and lack of opportunity using only personal and local resources. The GULL program fosters and recognizes self-directed development toward a graduation into increased self-reliance, financial stability, and community or workplace leadership.
