GULL is a deliberately practical approach fostering and recognizing self-directed development toward a graduation into increased self-reliance, financial stability, and community leadership.
We focus on “action learning” which can be used by anyone, anywhere, and in any community, workplace, or educational setting. When linked to a professional recognition and certification program, it encourages participants to move forward by releasing the potential in people to bring about positive change together.

GULL does not provide a set curriculum, but instead creates small groups of learners that grow together while solving locally identified problems.
