For more than 20 years, Dr. Richard Teare, Oxford Professor and University President, has led the Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL) as a personal mission to serve others, with nothing short of heroic consistency and dedication. The inspiring success of Dr. Teare and GULL is a story that deserves to be properly told as a testament to the difference that one individual can have for our world.

Our current fundraising campaign will fund an ambitious and essential campaign already in production to tell "The Story of GULL" - a full-length documentary about Dr. Teare and GULL's Impact around the world. The film is being produced to recognize his vision and results, to raise awareness of the work of GULL to date, and to attract involvement that will sustain GULL Impact into the future.
